So… How does this work, exactly?

Here's the deal: I see a lot of charities out there that raise money for 'research', and that's great. There are a lot of promising procedures and potential cures on the horizon, but people who suffer from this disease need help now.

Enter Shaky Bets.

Here's how it works:

1. People (You) donate money directly to our charity through the Donate Page, or purchase some awesome t-shirts or poker accessories in the Store. This gives us money to work with. Your name (unless you request not to have it displayed) will go on the Hall of Donors page.

2. Friends of potential candidates, or the candidates themselves, submit a request to join the list in the Submit Candidate page.

3. We then reach out to the candidate for an interview to get an understanding of what they need and connect them with doctors / neuroscientists on our team, and get them the care they need!
